James sang in our Italian recital last year, since when he has won the Royal Overseas League Prize. Hamish won top Ferrier Prize for pianists in 2020.

For the 150th anniversary of  Vaughan Williams’ birth they perform his much-loved song cycle Songs of Travel, Ravel’s jewel for baritones Don Quichotte à Dulcinée, Debussy’s beautiful, little-known Le promenoir des deux amants and Schubert’s Gesänge des Harfners, settings from  Goethe’s Wilhelm Meister.
